Get Organized

Simple tips for staying organized every day!
CHECK OUT OUR  YOUTUBE VIDEO ABOUT OUR CHRISTMAS MEMORY TREE
HERE IS HOW IT HELPS US TO MINIMIZE:

Ornaments are memories from trips, vacations, sporting events, and favors from weddings, parties, and more! Instead of having all those knick knacks and odds and ends laying around collecting dust (and instead of throwing them out) we turned them into ornamental memories that are hung yearly on our Christmas tree! Such a simple and meaningful solution that allows you to save those special memories and revisit them every year!
Rules for minimizing:
Everything has a place!  And I mean everything. If and when things start to get out of place, disorganization (and stress) will enter your home.

Everyone has to participate.  If someone takes the scissors, they must put them back.  It is very important that everything is always where it is supposed to be.

Bins and containers are great - but not too many because you are just transferring your stress from one place to another!  For example: allow one bin for each holiday (except maybe Christmas where we have one for the tree lights and decorations, one for gift wrap and boxes, and one for outdoor decorations).  If it doesn't fit in the bin, it gets sold or given away.  It's that simple.
