Reasons why a smaller house is better:
- Less to clean which in turn makes it easier to clean.
- Less stuff needed to fill it, less stuff to worry about or stress over.
- Smaller house, smaller bills (especially heating and cooling!).
- Also less homeowners insurance because it's not as expensive to replace!
- Makes being organized a necessity, and that is good (as long as we you do it).
- Smaller house for might mean a larger yard - great for bigger gardens!
